The all-inclusive service offered to all our tenants includes both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
This service is part of your contract and is handled by a team of highly qualified Joivy technicians and professionals.
Ordinary maintenance includes all routine activities necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the systems and supplies in your apartment.
These activities may include cleaning and replacement of air conditioning filters, periodic overhaul of electrical and plumbing systems, maintenance of locks and windows, and many other preventive maintenance tasks.
On the other hand, extraordinary maintenance involves more complex and larger operations. These may include repair or replacement of damaged electrical or plumbing systems, renovation of parts of the apartment, or other activities that require greater technical expertise.
Importantly, your standard contract does not include maintenance work required due to neglect or misuse of supplies. For example, if a tenant intentionally damages a lock or appliance, you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Even in these cases, our technicians will still be available to intervene, if necessary, at an additional cost.
The cost will be based on the nature and extent of the damage.
