What do I need to do to ask for maintenance support?

To open a maintenance request, simply contact us through one of our channels ( WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct) on the section >Maintenance of the Joivy App and follow the Maintenance/Cleaning>Maintenance queue.
