You can easily track the status of your maintenance requests directly from the Joivy app.
Go to the >Services section and click on <Summary of reports.
Within the summary, you can view all the maintenance requests that have been opened for your room and common areas.
The listed maintenance requests may have the following statuses:
- Report received: Your request has been submitted and is awaiting processing by our team.
- Planning intervention: If you have provided photos, videos, and detailed information, our technical department is planning the intervention.
- Intervention planned: Our team has scheduled the technician's intervention.
- Intervention completed: The maintenance has been successfully completed.
Also, check the >Profile >Messages section in the app for any communications or additional requests from us, so we can promptly assist you!
