Once you have completed your check-out, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail that the Smartcheck verification activity has been completed (click here to learn more about Smartcheck) and attached you will find:
- verification document of the various items in the room
- key collection document
If the keys are not found during the check-out appointment, you will receive an email informing you that the check-out was not completed.
In case of loss of even one key, Joivy, will charge the costs incurred of replacing the lock and duolicating all keys.
