At the time of your check-out, one of our operators will go directly to your apartment to
- check the status of the room (SmartCheck-out)
- collect the keys.
We will do a full and detailed inspection of the items in the room, comparing them with the report you validated through the App after your check-in. To recover the report you validated at check-in, simply go to the >Documents section of the App!
During our inspection, we carefully check the room to make sure everything is in order and that there are no damages or missing items. Once the inspection is complete, we will collect the keys to the apartment. This allows us to check that all keys have been returned and to make sure that there are no security issues related to keys not being returned.
Any discrepancies we find may turn in a charge, but don't worry! You'll find full details on charges in the >Services section of the App, where you can review our pricing list.
