You must access on Joivy App and go to the >Rentals section >Manage rental >Cancellation policy.
Please fill out carefully the Step 1 of the form to avoid mistakes:
- Decide how you want your contract terminated ( type of the cancellation)
- Choose the contract termination date ( It's not the check-out date but the expiration date of your contract)
- Select the reason of your cancellation
- Insert the bank details where you want to received back your security deposit
- Click the confirmation button to send your cancellation request
- Wait the confirmation email
- Set the check-out date (when you want to physically leave the room)
