If you have made your payment and still don't see it in the >Accounting section of the App, don't worry, it may take some time.
The amount of your payment will appear on the App in about 5 business days. During this time, we will process the transaction data and update your balance. Once this is completed, you will be able to view the payment amount on your App.
Please be patient during this process and check your App regularly to see if your balance is updated.
You are not required to send us a copy of your payment receipt with each transaction you make, as payments are synchronized and associated as quickly as possible.
If after 5 business days the payment you made still does not appear in our App, please contact us to provide further details and verify the situation.
