You can make your rent payment using the Joivy App, in the dedicated section >Rentals >Payments.
Thanks to our partner Stripe, you can pay securely and save time and commission fees.
- Direct bank transfer SEPA: Insert your bank details and the amount will be automatically withdrawn just once from your bank account in 3-5 business days.
- Credit Card: Insert your card details and the amount will be charged in few seconds. If you prefer, save your card and activate automatic debit. Our partner Stripe will charge on your card the day after each invoice is due.
- WeChat Pay: Generate the QR code on the App and pay directly to your WeChat account.
Please note that we do not accept cash or bank transfer payments.
You have to pay rent within the first day of every month.
If you have just booked the room and haven't checked-in yet, the payment of the security deposit, admin check-in fee (€225) and first month's rent must be made before you book your check-in on the Joivy App.
