We provide internet connection in all of our homes. If you are experiencing issues with the network, follow these steps:
- Check if other devices in your home are also experiencing the same problem. If so, it could be a general connectivity issue.
- Make sure the router is turned on and all cables are properly connected.
- Restart the router and wait a few minutes to see if the connection is restored.
- If the problem persists, please report it to us. To do so, you can contact us through one of our channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct) on the section >Maintenance of the Joivy App, and then follow the Maintenance/Cleaning>Maintenance queue.
