We provide internet connection in all of our homes. If you are experiencing issues with the network, follow these steps:
- Check if other devices in your home are also experiencing the same problem. If so, it could be a general connectivity issue.
- Make sure the router is turned on and all cables are properly connected.
- Restart the router and wait a few minutes to see if the connection is restored.
- If the problem persists, please report it to us. To do so, you can contact us through one of our channels on the 'Services' screen of the Joivy App, and then follow the Maintenance/Cleaning>Maintenance queue.
