At your check-in our operator will request you to present the following documents:
- valid identity document and/or passport
- valid italian tax code
- receipts of all the payments required before the check-in (booking fee, security deposit and first monthly rent and admin fee check-in)
If you are a citizen from a non-European country or not part of the Schengen Agreement on Free Movement, you will need to submit also the following documents:
- Visa and request of residence permit
or
- Residence permit or the renewal of it if your residence permit is expiring within 60 days from the date of your check-in
- Residence permit or residence permit application valid for the duration of the contract
- Residence permit or residence permit application valid for the duration of the contract
We remind you the only valid and accepted Italian Tax ID is the one issued by the Revenue Agency, any other Italian Tax ID issued by websites not accredited by the latter won't be accepted.
