After booking your room, the next step to take is to begin the digital onboarding process to book your check-in!
This is a simple but important process, consisting of the following steps:
- Access the Joivy App Log in using the email address you used for booking.
- Complete the required information, follow the steps in the App:
- Personal details: Enter your tax code (codice fiscale). If you don’t have one yet, follow these instructions.
- Bank information: Provide your IBAN or bank account number for the security deposit refund at the end of your stay.
- Payment: Pay the security deposit, first month’s rent, and check-in admin fees.
- ID verification: Upload a valid ID (identity card/passport/driver’s license).
- For non-EU citizens: A valid passport is required, along with your visa/residence permit.
- Contract signature: Confirm the agreement directly in the App.
- Key collection: Select one of the available time slots provided.
- Support documents (if applicable) If your visa/residence permit does not cover the entire contract duration, upload your renewal request or new permit application.
