Your occupancy certificate (Idoneità alloggiativa) is a document that certifies the number of people who can live in a house.
If you are one of our tenants and need this document, you can request it directly on the website of the Municipality where you live. We would be happy to assist you by providing all the required documents from your Municipality.
Some documents may already be uploaded in the >Rentals>Manage rentals>Tenant information section of the App!
If you need any other documents that you cannot find in the App, please message us on Whatsapp at +393456414025, selecting the line >I am already a tenant >Contract/Accounting >Contract.
