If you encounter any problems updating our App on your device, don't worry!
Just follow these simple steps:
- Internet connection: Make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection or active data plan. A weak connection can cause issues when downloading and installing the update.
- Storage space: Check that there is enough space on your device for the update. Sometimes, it may happen that space is a bit tight
- Operating system version: Make sure you are using an operating system version that is compatible with upgrading our App. We want you to enjoy all the new features, so make sure you have the latest version of iOS or Android
- App Store: If you are trying to update our App from an official store (such as Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS), please make sure you are logged in with the correct account and verify that there are no problems connecting to the app store server.
- Restart your device: Occasionally, restarting your device can resolve temporary issues that may be preventing app updates. Simply turn your device off and then turn it back on again.
- Uninstall and reinstall: If all other steps did not solve the problem, try completely uninstalling our App and reinstalling it. Make sure you have backed up any important data associated with the app before proceeding with the uninstallation.
- Empty the Cache: To ensure optimal performance, we recommend that you empty the Play Store cache. Here's how you can do it: go to your device's settings, select "Applications," find the Google Play Store, go to the "Storage Memory" section, and clear the cache. Or, if you prefer, hold down on the Google Play Store icon, select "App Info," go to the "Storage Memory" section and clear the cache.
