Joivy, as the lessor, splits the registration tax 50/50 with you, who are our tenant.
The registration tax is 2% of your annual rent, plus any ISTAT (the Institute of National Statistics) adjustments.
For example, if your annual rent is €900, the registration tax will be €180, which represents 2% of €900.
However, since we divide this tax 50/50, you will only have to pay half, or €90.
