Your bank details will be requested during onboarding, an important process on the App that we will ask you to do before you book your check-in.
You can update your bank details directly on the App, at any time, by following these simple steps:
- Access the >Profile section of the App
- Click on >My data and >Banking Information
- Fill out the form and save the changes
If your bank does not have the IBAN code, you can select the account number.
Check carefully if the data you entered is correct, in order to avoid delays and/or bank fee charges if the bank reverses the transaction for incorrect data.
