Booking your room is as easy as a breeze! Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to the home page of our website www.joivy.com, select the city where you would like to live
- Use the filters to find the ideal solution according to your date of arrival, how long you intend to stay and your budget
- Click on >Book it!
- Confirm the displayed options and proceed by clicking on >Go to costs summary
- Carefully check the payment plan and proceed to finalize your reservation by filling out the form with your personal information
PLEASE NOTE: all the information you insert here will automatically go on the contract so we kindly ask to insert it correctly
- Read and accept the contract terms and conditions
- Enter your credit card details to complete the payment
Once you have confirmed your reservation, you will receive an email with:
- The confirmation of your booking with the contract, the FAQ, the privacy policy and the tenant rules
- Your credentials to log-in on Joivy App and the link to change your password
- The onboarding steps to follow to sign the contract digitally and to book your check-in
- The invoices, with the explanations of the items, to be paid before your check-in
