To request an appointment for your check-out use the DoveVivo App! Enter on the section >Profile from the main menu and click on >My Contract then on >Cancellation and Check-out: once the cancellation request has been properly accepted and confirmed by our team, you can proceed to book the check-out: select the most convenient time for you among the available slots and wait for the confirmation notification that will take place within maximum 24/48 hours. You can consider the appointment confirmed only once you receive the confirmation email.
In case all the time slots are full, you can return the keys to the relevant DoveVivo office during opening hours.
