The easiest and most convenient is through the App Dovevivo before you book your check-in, you can pay through:
- Credit card: pay quickly and easily. Insert your card details and the amount will be charged in a few seconds. If you prefer, save your card and activate the automatic debit; our partner Stripe will charge the amount on your card the day after of the due date of the invoice
- Direct bank transfer (SEPA): pay safely, without commission fees, worldwide and directly from your DoveVivo App. Insert your bank details and the amount will be automatically withdrawn just once from your bank account in 3-5 business days
- WeChat Pay: generate your QR code on DoveVivo App and make your payment directly through your WeChat account.
At the time of check-in you will be asked for the receipts of the payments due in the quotation, specifically the payment of:
- the booking fee;
- the security deposit;
- the first monthly payment;
- the admin fee check-in;
Please note that it will NOT be possible to pay in cash at check-in, for this reason we invite you to settle the payment through the methods mentioned above.
