Our contracts are duly registered with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate), so if you do not have all the required documents, unfortunately we will not be able to give you the keys of flat.
Please check in advance that you have all the documents with you and if you have any doubts, check the question "What documents should I bring for check-in?"
In case of missing documents we are forced to reschedule your check-in by charging the cost of it.
