You can book an appointment for your check-in using the DoveVivo App with the access credentials we sent through email. Before you select the date and time you prefer follow the instructions of the App.
If your country is digitally signature enabled you can sign directly on the App before you book your check-in. If your country is not digitally signature enabled, don't worry, you will sign the contract directly on your check-in with our operator.
Check-in is by appointment only in the apartment or in our office.In order to guarantee you more availability and to ensure the cleanliness of your room, it is necessary to book the check-in at least 48 hours in advance.
You can only consider your appointment confirmed once you have received the confirmation email. Please note that you can check in from the start date of your contract (subject to availability).
